Check credits before a scan batch

Check the Boxpressd AI credit balance. If credits are available, tell me the balance and then wait before running any image tools.

The client should call get_billing_status, which is non-billable.

Personal recommendation

The following example works only in a first-party client with delegated user authentication:

Choose three cigars from my humidors that pair with bourbon. Prefer cigars I rated highly and have not smoked in the last 30 days. Include the evidence behind each recommendation.

The agent can use humidor, smoking-history, recommendation, and pairing tools. It should report sample sizes and distinguish personal history from general pairing knowledge.
